Maybe it's just me, but as these cold weather days approach---and you have to dig up appropriate clothing---are you reminded of the smell of moth balls?
It's almost a good memory, actually, when you combine it with memories of growing up. I was blessed with the Mom of all Moms and the greatest Dad...and when I think back to those days of matching up the mittens, finding out if last winter's coat still fits, it takes me back to a very good time.
Hope you find time tonight or tomorrow to dig up some cold weather clothing and get ready for a chilly weekend (and beyond) here in the Quad Cities!
