I thought I had heard it all. But this is ridiculous. On the 'NextDoor.com' app yesterday I saw this posting. A house in Davenport had THIRTY BAGS OF DIRT stolen. Right in the middle of a RAINSTORM! Yes, some people will steal ANYTHING.
