Carly King of Davenport Assumption took home another 3A 400 meter crown and added titles in the spring medley and 100 meters.She also finished second in the 200.The ends her prep career with 15 state medals—SIX OF THOSE TITLES!
Jamie Kofron of Tipton High School swept the Drake Relays throws titles for the second straight season, then won the 2A discus and finished second in the 2A shot put. She won the discus crown on her final throw.
Darien Porter of Bettendorf High School is the 4A 200 and 400 meter dash champion!He set Iowa’s all-time mark in the 400, coming in at 46.99 seconds.
