Wow. This dude tries to call Comcast and cancel his services and runs into a LIVING NIGHTMARE on the other end of the phone... 

I would NOT have been able to conduct myself accordingly... just the tone alone in this representative's voice is disturbing. Customer service at it's finest! Take a listen to this: 

Comcast has now issued an apology...
