The NFL season kicks off tomorrow already (Thursday night -- Packers @ Seahawks) and there are a couple of MUST-HAVE apps for Fantasy Football, and sports fans in general! From Social Media Expert, John Marino, here are his favorite picks...

For Fantasy Football, these two are great (both free and both for iphone/iTunes and Android users):

CBS Fantasy Sports Manager: CBS’ fantasy sports app boasts fantasy tracking for football, baseball, and basketball, while additionally providing compatibility with a wide array of websites. The app also presents up-to-the-minute player news, live video advice, and performance projections in a simple interface. You even have the ability to start your league’s draft via the app, regardless of whether you’re near your home computer or not, and view performance projections and live scoring. (SOURCE)

ESPN's Fantasy Football Manager 2014: Besides functioning as a primary fantasy league provider, the ESPN fantasy football app also provides expert analysis, player updates, and point projections. The app allows you to customize your smartphone’s notifications for injuries, player subs, and scoring updates, while additionally offering live scoring. Moreover, ESPN’s long list of fantasy analysts provide videos, tweets, and various news stories to compliment the stats. (SOURCE)
